The Center for Neurodevelopmental and Imaging Research at the Kennedy Krieger Institute is seeking a student for a summer intern program. The position could be either volunteer or credit-based and would last for the summer, with the potential of continuing into the fall semester. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented student interested in investigating motor control in children with developmental disorders (e.g., ADHD). Our internship focuses on the investigation of motor control in children with ADHD during a sequential finger tapping task. Although a basic knowledge of Matlab is a plus, it is not necessary.
Ideally, students would be able to contribute 20 hours per week to the lab during the summer months. There is also the possibility of receiving monetary compensation for hours worked during the summer. Interested students can contact me at Hirabayash@kennedykrieger.org.
