Arunima Banerjee, PhD student in the Mysore Lab, was awarded one of three “best graduate student poster” prizes at the annual retreat of the Department of Neuroscience on 9/17/2024! Her poster was titled “Role of parvalbumin+ (PV+) neurons in modulating visual responses in mouse superior colliculus” and showcased the development of a difficult technique in order to answer an important question that has been the subject of much debate in the literature.
